Absolutely! There are no extra charges for extending a trip duration. At the end of the trip, you will only be charged for the actual trip duration.

Yes, you can specify both pick up and drop locations when booking a trip with AutoPilot. Please note, you cannot change the pick or drop locations once the booking is confirmed.

Yes, our drivers are trained and have valid driving licences with several years of experience. We thoroughly check their backgrounds to ensure their fit as an AutoPilot driver partner.

You will be able to rate a driver at the end of your trip. If you have any concerns, you can reach out to our 24x7 customer support through the AutoPilot app.

We do not allow any telephone bookings for drivers. All trip bookings need to be made on AutoPilot that you can access through the CARS24 app.
